To All Members: The CWDCA MEMBERSHIP LIST is continually being constructed / updated. If ANY CURRENT MEMBER has changed an e-mail address (or anything else) since joining please let us know so that appropriate changes can be made to the CWDCA database. Any NEW MEMBER who submitted an application to anyone except the address shown on the MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION (as presented on this website) should send an email to the address below. Please include all pertinent information -- Your Name, Mailing Address, E-mail Address & Telephone Number -- so that it can be added to the CWDCA WEBSITE DATABASE. Please include the name of the person to whom you submitted your application.
A NOTE CONCERNING NEW MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS:
When new members submit a membership application (as presented on this website) their information is entered into the CWDCA DATABASE and the check (along with the original membership application form) is then FORWARDED to the to the proper CWDCA authorities (if necessary).
